Dudley CVS Accessibility

Our commitment to accessibility

Dudley CVS is working to improve the accessibility of this website in line with the W3C WCAG standards. To help us in this we have commissioned an insight report into our accessibility issues from Ability Net and use WAVE 3.0 to identify specific issues.

Due to the capacity of the CVS we are restricted in what we can do to improve the site but would like to assure visitors that we take the accessibility of our site very importantly and are doing everything within our capabilities to improve it for users. If you come across any particular problems please let us know by calling 01384 573381 or emailing our Information Officer.

To help you adapt your equipment to meet your individual needs, and provide you with easier access to our site, we have included some information below.

For Windows XP
Visit this page on Microsoft’s Enable website where you will find full instruction on the variety of accessibility features within XP, how to set them up and how to identify what you need.

For Windows Vista
Download this ICT Hub article covering how to use Vista’s Ease of Access Center to adapt your computer to your needs. Vista includes a magnifier, narrator, on screen keyboard and screen colour adjuster. It will also ask you a series of questions to help identify the best settings for you. Further help is available from Vista pages on Microsoft Enable.
