Our strategic objectives

To develop a high quality and pro-active voluntary sector for the benefit of the residents of the Dudley Borough by positively engaging partners in support of voluntary activity

children’s services

Dudley CVS provides specific support to voluntary, community and faith organisations (VCFOs) working with children, young people and families. This can be via dedicated one-to-one support or through training workshops.

The type of support provided includes areas which are common to all VCFOs. We have produced dozens of helpful fact sheets which cover everything from constitutions to cash flow and charity registration to planning.

In addition to general support, Dudley CVS provides explicit support in safeguarding, child protection and other areas relevant to working with children, young people and families. Children’s Services also facilitates a support network for VCFOs  working with children, young people and families
