Sports Clubs

Dudley CVS provides a dedicated and tailored support service to meet the specific needs of new, emerging or established sports clubs in Dudley borough.  

Many sports clubs, or more accurately, the people who ‘run’ them, often fail to recognise the fact that they are volunteers and that their club is a voluntary organisation that can benefit from being a Dudley CVS member.  

We help clubs to develop the skills, information and knowledge they need to grow stronger and keep going. We offer information, advice and workshops on setting up a new organisation, the role of a committee member, project planning, marketing and promotion, together with sourcing and applying for appropriate funding and grants.

Our dedicated sports officer can help your organisation put in place procedures to manage its financial affairs, insurance requirements and to develop policies and procedures appropriate to its needs. For additional information. Please go to the Develop Your Group  section of this website

Our support can go toward your club’s Clubmark accreditation.
