Improving Local Partnerships: Helping clubs to have a voice

Dudley CVS is running a project through the national voluntary organisation NAVCA (www.navca.org.uk).

The project is calledcalled Improving Local Partnerships and aims to increase partnership working. It will also work  towards ensuring the voluntary sports sector has a strong voice in decision making around sport and physical activity in Dudley Borough.

Dudley CVS wants voluntary sports clubs to get involved and tell us how local sports networks work together and represent sports clubs in the Dudley borough. We want to find out whether you want to have more of a say in decisions that affect your club and your sport.

What’s in it for you?

  • Free support for your club (e.g. on things like funding, marketing and influencing)
  • Improved communication between clubs and with decision-makers (e.g. local authority)
