Development Officer (37hrs p.w.)
Salary: £23,953 – £28,226 depending on experience (aligned to NJC Scale 5 – SO1)
For this role, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about communities and who can effortlessly connect people with each other, promoting new collaborations and opportunities.
You will be supported by colleagues with lots of experience of working in the voluntary and community sector, who can guide and help you to expand your knowledge, while you can bring your ideas and perspectives to the team. Together we will be the first port of call for people engaged in voluntary and community action.
The purpose of the job is to inspire, encourage and promote community action across Dudley borough in collaboration with our group support team and wider CVS teams and projects. To enhance resilience in communities and build the confidence and capacity of people and voluntary groups who want to do good work in their communities.

Youth and Community Development Officer (37 hrs p.w)
Salary: £28,226 (aligned to NJC SO1)
For this role, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about young people and communities and who can effortlessly connect people with each other, promoting new collaborations and opportunities.
We are seeking an individual to work directly with children and young people to co-ordinate and facilitate their involvement in project based activity and decision making across the borough. It is to advocate and negotiate alongside them to improve their experiences and life chances. For us to achieve this purpose we must create the conditions that inspire, educate and lead by example demonstrating values, behaviours and principles that underpin social change and a thriving participatory culture.
To liaise with other team members and co-support existing and emerging youth groups across the borough to advise and support them to achieve an agreed standard of youth work practice.
To inspire, encourage and promote community action across Dudley borough in collaboration with wider CVS teams and projects.

Senior Social Prescribing Link Worker covering Sedgley, Coseley & Gornal area (37 hrs p.w)
Salary: £32,910 (aligned to NJC PO2)
For this role, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about people and supporting individuals to reach their full potential.
As a Senior Social Prescribing Link Worker, you will ensure that the voluntary and community sector is involved in and central to integrated care in Dudley borough. You will raise awareness about what the voluntary and community sector offers and can offer in the delivery of locality community-based services and activities. You will ensure that the voluntary and community sector is viewed as a credible, valued and equal partner in integrated care.
You will be act as the strategic lead for Integrated Plus in your locality and will be the main point of contact for GPs, health clinicians and patients in that geographical area. You will provide support for people in communities delivering social prescribing interventions.
