Volunteering Development Officer
37 hours per week
Salary: £32,076 (aligned to NJC Scale 6)

The role of the Volunteering Development Officer will be demanding, dynamic and gratifying, offering the post-holder opportunities to use their initiative and team-working ethos to develop the Volunteer Centre into a centre of excellence for all things volunteering. You will work with people at all sorts of levels and from a variety of backgrounds, from decision-makers to volunteer-involving groups, from people who want to make a difference where they live, to those less certain about their own potential.
You will inspire voluntary action across Dudley borough’s communities, ensure that there is an opportunity for everyone, make sure volunteers’ experiences are positive, nurture an environment where volunteering is flourishing and shout about the impact of volunteering on individuals, groups and communities.

Listening and Signposting Officer (Healthwatch Dudley)
22.2 hours per week
Salary: £29,269 – £31,364 (aligned to NJC Scale 6) pro rata
Are you passionate about working with people? Do you have great listening skills?
Do you want to work for a successful, creative and progressive charity in the Dudley borough?
This role will involve listening to local residents to find out their views and experiences of health and social care services. You will provide information and signposting to individual local people to help them navigate health and social care services in Dudley borough. This role will also entail ensuring effective collection and storage of data so this can be used to demonstrate impact and outcomes.
You will have experience of community engagement and the ability to gather information by listening and asking questions.

Volunteer and Activities Coordinator (Social prescribing)
37 hours per week
Salary: £32,076 (aligned to NJC Scale 6)

Do you want to work for a successful, creative and progressive charity in the Dudley borough?
As a Volunteer and Activities Coordinator you will ensure that the voluntary and community sector (VCS) is involved in and central to integrated care in Dudley borough. The role will encourage local people to support social prescribing through volunteering and support the VCS to develop and deliver a range of community wellbeing activities. This will involve managing the social prescribing grants programme. The role will involve leading on the recruitment and management of volunteers.
