Dudley Stroke Association are seeking a community stroke support officer to provide long term support to people after a stroke and their families, through home visits, groups, and stroke reviews
Applicants should be well organised, dynamic, a people person who enjoys working as part of a team, confident to support in the daily running of the service and to support to achieve high quality and positive outcomes for service users within the Dudley Borough.
Hours – Full Time 37.5 per week
Salary: £24,391
Knowledge of the voluntary sector is desirable.
