Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust aim to bring together some of the key challenges faced by Deaf Communities and their Mental Health needs.
About this event
Join Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust to learn and understand the mental health challenges experienced by our Deaf Communities.
The event aims to address the barriers to mental health needs and learn ways to engage with Deaf individuals, exploring what services can do to increase accessibility for Deaf individuals.
If you are from the Deaf community, a parent, carer or anyone that has an interest in this area – come along to share your experiences and to help shape future services.
The sessions will be hosted by Nazima Esscopri, Ethnic Minority Community Development Worker for Black Country Healthcare. This session will be delivered collaboratively with Black Country and West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group, Zebra Access and SignHealth.
