1. a fully matted area of around 90 square metres – suitable for martial arts, Tai Chi, Yoga or other exercise classes
2. a 15 square metre space with laminate flooring suitable for one-to-one exercise session, meetings or as a training/classroom space
3. a small meeting room (currently used by a counsellor on an ad hoc basis) for groups of up to 6 people – this space extends into a small drinks preparation area creating a relaxed space for discussion as a group or on a one-to-one basis.

The premises has male and female changing facilities and toilets and there is some private parking available.

Rooms are available on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis and all hire fees include utilities, broadband wifi access and rates, and will be VAT-free.
