Wrekin Forest Hike for Men

Mandem Meetup are going on a walk and holding a talking circle at The Wrekin Forest.
They will meet at the bottom of the Wrekin at the gate (TF6 5AL) at 10:00am on the 22nd January 2023 .

Mandem Meetup are a community of men who are passionate about removing the stigma around men’s mental health, on a mission to change the world.
They have come a long way in understanding mental health, but for men, it’s different. Many men feel that it isn’t ok to feel sad and open up to the people close to them.

Mandem Meetup‍ care about our fellow brothers. They have an ongoing responsibility to protect and sustain themselves and their loved ones, ignoring themselves, their problems, traumas, and so on. Mandem Meetup‍ are actively opening doors for brothers to come together and share their feelings, things that they’re grateful for, things that scare them, the things they love and hate. Mental health is just as important as physical health. They want to raise awareness.

Mandem Meetup is a safe space for men that includes anyone that identifies as a man who feels comfortable in a men’s space.
