You will be a confident and resilient leader who has good experience within the not-for-profit sector and a track record of delivering successfully in complex environments. You will be leading the organisation, reporting to the Board of Trustees for strategic issues and have the responsibility, with senior staff and managers, for the daily operation of a vibrant and successful organisation.
