The Digital Inequalities team within the Black Country Integrated Care Board (ICB) are interested to determine whether GP services are being accessed digitally to help improve the outcomes for residents and would like to understand how many people in the Black Country don’t have access to a digital device or the right connectivity or need support to improve their access, experience and outcomes.

Your support would be appreciated to share a digital survey to members of the public within the Black Country whether this be your service-users, work colleagues, friends, family members or next-door neighbour; the more people it reaches, the better our understanding will be.

The survey will assist in understanding the Black Country population’s digital maturity and if there is more, as an NHS organisation, that they can do for their citizens to access digital tools and offer support. Final responses can be shared with colleagues/trusted partners who have an interest in digital inclusion.

The survey can be accessed via the link below. Please also share the survey to your friends, family, work colleagues, to help the ICB generate as many responses as possible to support the ongoing work around digital inclusion.

A printable version is available for people who prefer to complete on paper. Please contact Emma Sharman to obtain a printable version: emma.sharman@nhs.net

Closing date: 31st May 2025.

The survey can be filled out online: https://tinyurl.com/bddf8jbc

If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Thanks for your support.
