LandAid (www.landaid.org) is the UK’s property industry charity.  They support charities via grant funding to help end youth homelessness:

They are searching for a new Charity partner for the Midlands Region, that work with young people who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. They’re particularly interested in funding capital projects that will deliver homes for young people experiencing homelessness.  They’re open to project proposals at any stage, so this is a brilliant opportunity to put forward your charity’s ambitions to grow or improve your portfolio of services supporting young people out of homelessness for good. LandAid Boards have previously offered support of £50k-100k per annum for up to three years – however this is a guideline, and they can be flexible for the right project.

LandAid’s Regional Boards are groups of senior property professionals representing LandAid’s mission to help tackle youth homelessness in their region. Through fundraising and pro-bono support they work with local charities and projects, raising awareness of the issue of youth homelessness locally and raising valuable funds to help end youth homelessness.

Through their Regional Boards, LandAid are also well placed to offer additional support to capital projects that may also benefit from pro bono support and expertise from the industry, via their Pro Bono Programme, and would particularly welcome a project that they can engage with in this way also.

At this stage, they’re inviting youth homelessness charities to submit an expression of interest form outlining a capital project by 8th January 2024. Please email them for all the documents: grants@landaid.org their Grants team and Board will then review all proposals and invite suitable projects to submit a formal application.

If you have any questions at this stage, please don’t hesitate to reach out via: grants@landaid.org
