Cooking up some Epic Eats

Cook With Us are a not-for-profit group, sharing their skills and knowledge with people in Dudley, so they can learn how to cook low-cost, flavourful family meals within a budget. They provide all the ingredients and equipment you will need and you can take home what you have made at the end of the session.

Their Epic Eats project also a offers a safe, friendly place for people to learn new skills and make new friends. Collectively learning how to cook nutritional meals also supports people’s mental and physical well-being. Cook With Us pride themselves on providing a warm, inclusive welcome, so the project is open to anyone, regardless of age or culinary ability.

The six-week course began on 28^th September, but there is still the opportunity to book on for the remainder, or for individual sessions. These take place between 5pm and 7pm at Priory Park Community School, Meadow Road, Dudley DY13JY. The cost per session is £1.50 (under 12’s are free).
