Cultural & Creative Investment Programme Grant Scheme

Dudley Council has launched a new grants scheme in partnership with West Midlands Combined Authority.

The fund aims to unlock under-used infrastructure, widen access to cultural experiences, and drive inclusive, place-based regeneration through culture. ​

Cultural and Creative Investment Programme funding can support small-to medium scale capital works that enhance or upgrade locally significant cultural and heritage assets.

Applications will need to meet at least two of the following outcomes:

• ​Investment in infrastructure to support creative and cultural activities for audiences in Dudley borough
• Support increased visitor numbers
• Increased participation in cultural and creative activity
• Improvements to place through arts and culture
• Improved environmental sustainability

 ‘Department for Culture, Media and Sport’ defines the cultural sector as those industries with a cultural object at the centre of the industry, including built heritage, film, libraries, literature, museums and galleries, performing arts, public broadcasting, and the visual arts.
