DBS eligibility workshop – Tuesday 5th March

Our friends at SCVO are hosting this workshop on behalf of all Black Country local infrastructure organisations like Dudley CVS.

The workshop is appropriate for those who need to give advice, make decisions about what levels of DBS checks should be applied for, HR staff etc

The aim of this workshop is to understand:

• The benefits of DBS and you (employer or voluntary organisation) working together
• What the DBS Update Service is, and its benefits
• The Enhanced DBS application process
• The different levels of DBS check
• Eligibility, and when an employee is eligible for a check
• What ‘regulated activity’ is
