Don’t put your Health on the Shelf this Christmas

Join Dudley Integrated Health and Care NHS Trust for their free health event, Don’t Keep Your Health On The Shelf this Christmas, being held at Churchill Shopping Precinct in Dudley town centre.
The event will start on Monday 27th November through to Friday 1st December. Doors open from 9:30am until 4:30pm, every day, with interactive activities and opportunities to check your health and get expert advice tailored to you.

Their Healthy Hearts Hub will be there and offering blood pressure checks and healthy lifestyle support and will be able to answer any questions you may have.

There will be lots of stands and information available and the opportunity to talk with professionals about several topics, including cancer support, breast screening, health coaching, diabetes advice, exercise, mental health, healthy ageing and much more.
