Being alongside a loved one as they die is one of the most challenging things in life. Raw emotions arise that we may not understand as we prepare to say goodbye to our loved ones. In these times, we often forget to take care of ourselves thinking that we should be ‘strong’ for others. However, if we burn ourselves out, we can no longer be of service to others.
Come along to Coffin Club in Margarets Memory CIC’s session where they will look at ways to empower and process emotions in a healthy way in times of grief. There will be practical and mental exercises for you to take away with you, which you can then apply to your life to help your through such painful times. This session will be led by fully qualified Soul Doula, David Jones.
