It takes a village – Regular Wednesday coffee morning for African parents

Our friends at EPAC UK host a weekly coffee morning for African parents.

When: Every Wednesday, 10am-12noon
Where: CreArt Collective, 3 Castle Street, Dudley

The coffee morning is a safe, supportive space for African parents to:

• Meet and connect with other African parents
• Ask real parenting questions – without judgement
• Talk about wellbeing, mental health and self-care
• Share challenges around school, work, careers and business
• Explore issues affecting African migrant families in the UK
• Learn about self-care while caring for everyone else
