Care and Support Worker (Casual)
£9.07 – £9.35 per hour
Location: Sedgley and surrounding area
At Beacon they have a dedicated team members who are chosen for their compassionate natures as well as their qualifications and experience. They provide relationship centred care, placing the individual needs of the customer at the very centre of all they do.
Working as part of the staff team across the full range of Beacon’s care delivery services including residential care, health and wellbeing centre and the community, they are currently looking to recruit casual Care and Support Workers.
Beacon are looking for candidates who:
Are flexible
Can work weekends where necessary
Have experience of working with vulnerable adults
Are excellent communicators
Are empathetic, patient and have a caring nature
A qualification within the health and social care industry is desirable.
All successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check. A full driving licence and access to their own vehicle would be advantageous. Personal or paid experience in care will be also be an advantage.
