Volunteer Coordinator (Healthwatch Dudley)
2 days per week
Salary: £27,344 – £29,439 (aligned to NJC Scale 6) pro rata

Are you passionate about working with volunteers? Do you have great organisational skills?
Do you want to work for a successful, creative and progressive charity in the Dudley borough?

This role will involve overseeing, co-ordinating and managing all elements of volunteering within Healthwatch Dudley. This will entail assessing and meeting Healthwatch Dudley’s needs through the recruitment, support and supervision of volunteers.

You will have previous experience of volunteer management and knowledge of good practice in relation to managing and supporting volunteers.

We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support. We absolutely love what we do, we’re passionate about the way we do it, and we’re looking for people who share this attitude to join us!

Listening and Signposting Officer (Healthwatch Dudley)
37 hours per week
Salary: £27,344 – £29,439 (aligned to NJC Scale 6)

Do you want to work for a successful, creative and progressive charity in the Dudley borough?

This role will involve listening to local residents to find out their views and experiences of health and social care services. You will provide information and signposting to individual local people to help them navigate health and social care services in Dudley borough. This role will also entail ensuring effective collection and storage of data so this can be used to demonstrate impact and outcomes.

You will have experience of community engagement and the ability to gather information by listening and asking questions.

Digital Engagement and Communications Lead (Healthwatch Dudley)
2 days per week
Salary: £30,151 – £32,020 (aligned to NJC SO1) pro rata

Do you have an understanding of ways to use digital engagement to reach different communities? Are you able to convey information in a clear, concise and accessible way?
Do you want to work for a successful, creative and progressive charity in the Dudley borough?

This role will involve cultivating and maintaining a whole team approach to digital engagement, creating inspiring and accessible digital content and generating online interaction with Healthwatch Dudley. This role will also entail establishing and maintaining effective working practices in relation to digital engagement and communications.

You will have experience of creating social media campaigns, of managing social media profiles and substantial experience of managing business websites.

Outcomes and Impact Officer (Healthwatch Dudley)
3 days per week

Are you skilled in analysing data? Are you comfortable and skilled in sharing learning and insights in a meaningful way with a diverse range of stakeholders? Do you have an understanding of demonstrating outcomes?
Do you want to work for a successful, creative and progressive charity in the Dudley borough?

This role will involve building and maintaining trusting relationships with health and social care providers in order to share Healthwatch Dudley data and service feedback to help facilitate change in service provision. This will also entail leading on the implementation of capturing and recording outcomes, analysing data captured and demonstrating the impact achieved by Healthwatch Dudley.

You will have explicit commitment to and knowledge of ethical research, data capture frameworks and participatory research approaches.
