Position: Community Engagement and Research Lead
Location: Wolverhampton WV2 4AN
Salary: £30,000 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week

With excellent skills in written and verbal communication, you will: undertake research into the role that VCSE organisations can play in delivering health and care support; undertake research into the needs of the people they are in contact with; support the organisations to carry out their own research; and act as a central point for the collation of findings of the research these organisations carry out. This will enhance knowledge and insight into the city’s diverse populations, and demonstrate effective working and best practices from within VCSE organisations around health and care.
With the support of the Engagement and Partnerships Lead, you will also be responsible for the distribution, management and monitoring of small grants that will be made available to VCSE groups, which will ensure they are able to conduct their engagement activities effectively.
You will work 37 hours per week with the occasional need to work flexibly.
