Position: Social Prescribing Link Worker
Location: Wolverhampton WV2 4AN
Salary: £28,664 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

Liaising closely with GP practices in Wolverhampton, you will be supporting adults to tackle loneliness, isolation, anxiety, and/or depression by agreeing a range of non-medical interventions and activities to improve their health and wellbeing.
You will work 37 hours per week working flexibly to support the needs of the service users you are supporting.
