Black Country Housing Group are currently recruiting for a Centre Manager to run the Savoy Centre in Netherton.
The successful applicant will play a key role in managing the centre and ensuring its smooth running. An important aspect of the job is to develop income by maximizing rental income and room hire from the Centre as well as identifying new opportunities. Applicants should be effective at marketing, networking, and social media engagement. They will be expected to ensure that the centre is a vibrant, well-managed facility that operates for the benefit of local residents and organisations in the wider community.
The ideal candidate will have community development and regeneration experience. They will work independently and therefore be self-motivated, carrying out the role with the support of the Head of Social Business. They should be comfortable in reaching out to local residents directly and through partners to ensure local people benefit from all the services available.
