Senior Development Officer (Children, Young People and Families) 37 hours per week
Salary: £33,000–36,000k

Are you self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about children and young people?
Do you want to work for a successful, creative, progressive charity supporting voluntary organisations in the Dudley borough?

This role will involve representing the interests and views of voluntary and community organisations (VCOs) at strategic partnerships, meetings and initiatives. You will also lead, champion and support good practice in the sector as well as manage staff and performance of the Children, Young People and Families team.

You will have significant experience in a senior management role and of working in the voluntary and community sector.

We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support. We absolutely love what we do, we’re passionate about the way we do it, and we’re looking for people who share this attitude to join us!
