Carers Support Development Officer
37 hours per week
Salary: £33,366 (aligned to NJC S01)

For this role, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about working with people and advocating for their needs. The role will involve working in hospital and mental health settings to help identify carers and promote their rights, status and needs. You will support carers to be engaged in the hospital discharge process, ensuring they are equipped to fulfil their caring role. A key element of this role will also be to provide holistic support for carers to enable them to achieve their own personal goals and aspirations.
We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support. We absolutely love what we do, we’re passionate about the way we do it, and we’re looking for people who share this attitude to join us!
