Community Development Officer – Children, Young People and Families Team
37 hours per week
Salary: £33,366 (aligned to NJC)

For this role, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about seeing children, young people and families thrive in Dudley. The role will involve working with community groups and partners who support children, young people and families to build capacity, bring people together and champion their voices. We are seeking an individual who can naturally build positive relationships and connect people together to provide the best outcomes for children, young people and families.
Dudley is home to a wide range voluntary and community groups that support children, young people and families, ranging from grass roots organisations through to national charities. Successful applicants will work closely to support and connect organisations and partners, however does not work directly with children, young people and families.
We work together internally and externally to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support. We absolutely love what we do, we’re passionate about the way we do it, and we’re looking for people who share this attitude to join us!
