Dudley CVS is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and creative individual to join our existing Integrated Plus team as:

Social Prescribing Impact and Evaluation Support Officer
15 hours per week
Salary: £26,421 (pro rata) (aligned to NJC Scale 5)

For this role, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about listening to people and their stories. The role will involve conducting follow up assessments and customer service reviews to ensure that people are receiving high quality support from the Integrated Plus social prescribing service.

The role will help to raise the profile of social prescribing through supporting people to tell their stories in a way that is authentic and personal to them. It will aid the development of the service through regularly feeding back people’s experiences, enabling opportunity for continuous learning and improvement.
