This bespoke leadership programme has been designed for members of the Health and Social Care System across the Black Country and is open to Voluntary Sector, Social Care, Local Authority and NHS staff and volunteers in a leadership role or with aspirations to develop into leadership. The programme will provide you with the opportunity to reflect on your own, organisational and system status, learn from best practise and hear from leaders from across the Health and Social care sector and beyond.
The programme is fully funded and there are no course fees for participants, but you are expected to allocate sufficient time to engage with the programme fully and cover travel costs to attend. It is an interactive programme and participants will need to invest their own time in attending the face to face sessions, completing pre course reading and post course reflection and importantly being active members of the learning cohort.
They are seeking a mix of participants from across all sectors. Previous participants have moved onto new opportunities following the training including into the national team with NHS England.
The programme starts on the 17th March and applications close on the 17th February.
