On behalf of Dudley’s Health and Wellbeing Board, Dudley Council is seeking views from the public and stakeholders about local pharmacy provision and their services within the borough.
People are being asked to complete a survey at www.dudley.gov.uk/pharmacies
Every person who completes the survey will be asked if they want to be entered into our free prize draw to have a chance of winning one of four £50 shopping vouchers (terms and conditions apply)*.
Your views will help shape the future services and identify any gaps where more needs to be done. The findings of the survey together with additional research about the pharmacy provision in Dudley will be published in a Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) on the Dudley Health and Wellbeing Board website on 1 October 2022.
Closing date is the 27 May 2022 6pm.
