Tough Enough To Care are coming to Malt Mill Lane on the 18th January, 7:30pm until 9:30pm. If you have a male friend who is struggling with mental health then bring them along to this group. Try it out, nothing to lose but maybe a lot to gain.

They are also working on getting a female group in place in the near future.
