Our friends at Mindful Life Counselling CIC are offering a new support group to parents of neurodivergent children. The 12-week group is designed to help parents explore, share and connect around the joys and challenges of parenting autistic children.
Led by a qualified therapist, this group offers a safe, understanding space to:
- Share experiences and feel supported by others who “get it”
- Learn practical tools for communication, regulation, and connection
- Explore neurodivergence through a compassionate, strengths-based lens
- Nurture your own wellbeing while supporting your child
Start date: Thursday 6th November 2025
Break: Christmas
Return: Thursday 8th January 2026
Time: 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Venue: The Elysia Therapy Centre, 52 Bowling Green Road, Stourbridge, DY8 3RZ
Cost: Free (with a £20 refundable deposit, returned when the group starts)
