Pro Bono Economics have provided free support to charities for the last 13 years with the help of over 960 volunteer economists.
They have a great Data First Aid Service which matches charities in need of help with their aforementioned volunteers. They’re real experts – from the big economic agencies, the Government Economic Service and academia – and can help charities with analysis, with research tasks, with data visualisation, or just sorting out spreadsheets. They’ve done everything from automating volunteer rotas to creating visualisations for annual accounts, to undertaking research on longevity that’s been presented at an event by a UN agency. All on a pro bono basis.
