We are pleased to be working with Impact Partner to deliver a free workshop that will help you simplify the way you report on the projects you deliver. The session is targeted at small to medium-sized not-for-profit organisations, who want to better balance delivering project activities with collecting the information needed for effective monitoring. It recognises that good monitoring is essential if you you want to tell others about the impact of your work.

This workshop will provide you with a suite of professional, easy-to-use tools that collect all the information you need for your project monitoring form and show you an easy structure to make your project reporting quick, simple and effective. These tools will include:

  • Outcome Refinement: We’ll look at the “Impact Partner” method for defining clear outcomes—moving beyond reporting what you did to evidencing what actually changed for the people you work with.

  • The Session Register Tool: A starting point for small organisations to track attendance, quotes and retention with ease.

  • The “Case Study” Secret Sauce: Learn a structured, 6-question framework to capture powerful human stories that validate your data and provide the emotional weight that can bring your work to life.

  • Simplifying Data Collection: How to use “reflective” questions to reduce the burden on you and your participants, moving from stressful “before and after” surveys to a single, meaningful data point.

The workshop will be delivered at our DY1 building, Stafford Street, Dudley DY1 1RT on Tuesday 21st April. We will start at 10:30, with check-in available from 10:15. We will be looking to finish by 12:30.
