The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is currently redeveloping its website and would like your feedback to make sure it meets the needs of users.
The Trust is seeking the views from those who advocate and support patients on how to improve its website. The survey asks a number of questions about the website and asks people to indicate whether they would be interested in being part of a focus group to help shape the future development of the website.
