Dudley Council Public Health need new volunteer Walk Leaders so that they can run more wellbeing walks across Dudley borough. Can you help?
Volunteering with Ramblers Wellbeing Walks is a great way to give something back to your community and offers the opportunity to meet new, like-minded people, learn new skills and take part in walks at the same time. It’s almost impossible not to feel good when walking outdoors – it’s a natural mood-booster! And the great news is it isn’t necessary to walk far or fast to feel its effects on a person’s health and wellbeing. Simply getting out is a tonic for minds and bodies, and it is sociable too.
