Black Country Mental Health are a local mental health charity (formerly Dudley Mind). They support people to manage their mental health so that their quality of life is improved.
From Monday 7th November they are changing their Walking Group to a Walk and Talk 1-2-1 service. This will be provided by a qualified Mental Health First Aider who is also a qualified Walk leader. The service can be during the week or on a Saturday and will be specific to the individual.
