Build confidence and practical personal safety skills in a supportive environment with Ren Shin Kan.
This isn’t about becoming a martial arts expert overnight. It’s about equipping yourself with practical, real-world tools to navigate the world with confidence—whether you’re traveling for business, commuting late, or just walking to your car after a long shift.
What the classes cover:
The Power of Awareness: How to read a room, spot red flags, and de-escalate situations before they physicalize.
Practical Boundary Setting: Using your voice and body language as your first line of defense.
Simple, Effective Mechanics: Easy-to-remember physical techniques that don’t rely on brute strength.
Confidence in life means when you know how to protect your peace and your safety, you show up differently in every room you enter.
Supported by the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioners office the first 8 sessions are free – so come and develop the skills and confidence to enhance your personal safety.
