Do you love to dance or just generally like to keep fit and active? Dance to Health are looking for friendly volunteers to support their falls prevention Dance to Health group on Thursdays at Wellington Road Community Centre in Dudley.
You will participate in the sessions offering support, encouragement and one -to-one help to participants where required. You will also help during the social time at the end of the session.
