Cranstoun Here4YOUth provides a free, safe space for children & young people to speak their mind and reach their potential. They recognise that everyone needs different support, which is why they have a range of goal-based interventions to achieve their unique goals. Here4YOUth has a base in Dudley, operates from The Youth Stop at Merry Hill and will see young people where they feel most comfortable. Ways they can help children & young people aged 11-25:

• Advice & information about alcohol & other drugs (11-18)
• Harm reduction support when using alcohol or other drugs (11-18)
• One-to-one substance use support to make changes (11-18)
• Drug/alcohol workshops to targeted groups (11-18)
• A range of group work programmes
• Auricular acupuncture
• Poor impulse control programme
• Smoking/vaping cessation (16-18)
• Social prescribing (up to age 25)
• Support and linking to other services
