Dance to Health are looking for volunteers to support their falls prevention Dance to Health classes for older people. Volunteering at these classes is a great way to keep active, meet new people and have fun!
Volunteers participate in the classes, offer help and encouragement to participants, or one-to-one help where required. They might give out props, collect in membership forms or help prepare the tea and coffee during our social time at the end of the session. Dance to Health are looking for friendly, approachable people with a love of dance or generally keeping active to join their team.
Volunteers love being part of their group, they get to keep active, meet new people and have fun! As one of the volunteers has said: ‘We laugh a lot, oh boy do we laugh a lot!’
