Include Me TOO (IM2) is a charity supporting and advocating on the disability rights, inclusion, social justice and equality for disabled children and young people nationally and internationally.
The charity provides a range of support and advocacy to disabled children, young people and their families from a diverse range of backgrounds, particularly Black, Asian and Minoritised Ethnic and marginalised communities. Supporting access to services, information, advocacy and resources towards good lives, better futures access to opportunities and improving quality of both community and family life.
IM2 deliver specialist projects ranging from inclusive engagement, meaningful participation, accessible fun activities, to providing advocacy, training, peer support and outreach family support
Job Opportunity 1:
Social Media and Communications Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 pro rata Hours: 18.5 per week Fixed Contract: 2.5 years
The Social Media and Communications Coordinator is a new position within Include Me TOO charity and is a key role in delivering communications to their stakeholders including parents / carers, members, supporters, volunteers and partner organisations. The postholder will be responsible for creating social media contents, all publicity materials, videos, graphics. The day-to-day management of Include Me TOO’s charity’s social media platforms as well as content for IM2 website covering IM2’s various projects, activities and impact of their work.

Include Me TOO are looking for a passionate, creative and self-motivated and hardworking individual to join their team and drive fundraising and income generation targets for existing and new projects.
The Partnership and Business Development Manager role will be responsible for building a strong and sustainable supporter base by working with a range of funders including trusts, foundations and corporate sponsors, building and maintaining relationships that last. Sharing the impact of Include Me TOO’s work, campaigns and various projects increasing fundraising efforts to support their reach and goals for disability rights, inclusion and equality of the diverse communities they support and work with.

Youth Transition Family Support Worker
Salary: £26, 000 pro rata Hours: 26 per week Fixed Contract: 2.5 years
The Youth Transition Family Support Worker will work with families with 14 years plus young people with learning disabilities and additional needs ensuring they have access to the right information, increase their skills, and knowledge to advocate and navigate the complex SEND system with Include Me TOO’s support. A key role will be to work with parents/carers supporting them to navigate and advocate for their child(ren) with learning disabilities and other additional social care and health needs during transition into adult services.
The post will act as a conduit increasing parents and carers access to local mainstream services, resources and support transitions to adulthood in Wolverhampton City.
