Are you a dynamic, enthusiastic and forward-thinking youth worker looking to be part of an exciting new project supporting young people collaboratively across the Black Country? The NHS Foundation Trust have exciting opportunities for Youth Worker roles across the Black Country Integrated Care System (ICS). They require dedicated, experienced, and resourceful youth workers with a passion for supporting young people aged 14-25 years.
You will ensure the young person is at the heart of the support you deliver whilst practicing in line with the national curriculum for youth work. You will help drive forward service developments and be an integral member of your designated Trust. The roles will be fast paced. It is essential that the successful candidate can work well under pressure, always maintaining a pleasant and professional attitude. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to liaise with a wide variety of people. You will be flexible in approach, tenacious, resilient, and a good team player. You will work closely with young people, their families/carers, supporting the wider services within your Trust and where required supporting your Youth Worker colleagues across the other Black Country Acute Trusts.
