Monitoring and evaluation are often overlooked until the end of a project and then there’s a mad scramble to create the information. But monitoring and evaluation are just as important as seeking the funding to deliver the project in the first place!
So our friends at SCVO are running an online session on monitoring and evaluation, which is open to Dudley CVS and Dudley borough’s voluntary and community organisations. The session runs on Thursday 26th June, 10am.
The session will explore some of the different approaches to monitoring and evaluating projects, and it will:
- provide a better understanding of what project monitoring and evaluation is
- explain why monitoring and evaluation is important for your organisation and what you need to consider to do this effectively
- give you a better understanding of what information can be collected and recorded
- share tips to help you set up and review your evaluation
Spaces are limited so book your place here. Please note, an email invitation to join the virtual session will be send out by SCVO in advance of the session so don’t forget to check your junk / spam for your access email.
If you have any questions, please contact Libby Mahoney via email at libby@scvo.info.
