The Talking Social Prescribing podcast is designed to provide more information regarding the Integrated Plus service, social prescribing in general and wellbeing information. We decided to have a podcast as it would provide accessible and easy to process information. The long-term plan of the podcast is to have a variety of episodes relating to social prescribing, managing health and wellbeing, client stories and interviews with a range of people regarding support that is available.
In the first episode, as the newest team member, I talked with Jason and Sue, Integrated Plus’s two longest-standing members of the team, to discuss the history of Integrated Plus, how it has evolved and what the service looks like today.
In episode 2, Kelly and Danielle, High-Intensity User (HIU) workers within the Integrated Plus team, tell me more about the HIU service and how it differs from the standard Integrated Plus Social Prescribing service.
