The Death Cafe : A safe and empowering space to talk about death, dying, bereavement, and grieving, alongside coffee and cake.When: Sat, 13 Apr 2024 10:00am – 12:00pmWhere: Mary Stevens Park- Healthy Hub, Stanley Road Stourbridge DY8 2AB.Come along to an empowering cafe where random questions are pulled from from ‘Grave Talk’ cards and then discuss how you feel about what is being asked. This leads to natural and cathartic moments that arise throughout the conversation, which can facilitate healing. There are no right or wrong answers, as individuals share their personal experiences. You can simply listen if you do not feel comfortable talking, as the taboo topic of death is tackled, shrouded with empathy and compassion from sensitive Soul Doula, David Jones.
